  • Can we change the graphics or the numbers on the jerseys?
    No, there is no customizing of the graphics, numbers or adding of names on the back of the jerseys.
  • Will these jerseys be sold to our customers/Cravers?
    No, these are only available to our team members for purchase and the website will not be open to our customers/cravers at this time.
  • Are the jerseys good quality?
    Yes, these jerseys are being made by a company called Smitty’s Official’s Apparel. They are a family-owned business out of Canton, Ohio. They are a leader in sports official apparel with over 10,000+ products in various styles and sizes.
  • Who is SS Jerseys?
    SS Jerseys is run by Second Sole — a specialty shoe store specializing in running and walking. They offer expert advice and personalized servivces to help customers find the right shoes and gear for their needs and goals. Second Sole also partners with local sports, running, and business communities to create branded sportswear and promotional merchandise.
  • Are team members that work in the castle allowed to wear their jerseys to work?
    Yes, this jersey has been approved by the uniform committee.
  • Can I purchase a jersey for friends and family that don’t work at White Castle?
    Yes, you are able to purchase jerseys for individuals outside of White Castle during the open window for ordering.
  • Will there be another opportunity to purchase these type of jerseys in the future?
    Yes, there may be more opportunities for ordering in the future. We will inform all employees of open order windows.
  • When does the order window open?
    Order windows will vary and be announced a week before the open date. You will receive an email with the order window information.
  • Can I purchase outside of the order window?
    Generally, all orders must be placed during the open order window. For special situations, reach out to your direct manager to see if an order is able to be placed outside of the order window.
  • When does the order window close?
    Order windows will be open for 2 weeks. You will receive an email with the order window information, as well as the date the order window will close. All orders will need to be placed by 11:59pm EST on the order window close date.
  • Can we pay with payroll deduction?
    No, this is not an option as the website is run by an outside company, Second Sole, and is not connected to our White Castle System.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Orders will be shipped out once they arrive at headquarters (generally, 5-7 business days after the order is placed). Once headquarters receives the orders, they will be shipped out to each individual store for pickup.
  • Can I get my order sent directly to me?
    No, all orders are distributed from Headquarters to each individual store location.
  • Why is there a limit on apparel order quantity?
    There is currently a limit of 10 items on the apparel orders. If you are needing to order more than 10 items, please reach out to support* for approval to submit an order over 10 items.
  • What size should I order?
    All apparel is gender neutral sizing. Please reference the size chart on each individual apparel item for more details on fit and measurements.
